What is the Shipping Time?

It can vary between two to five days. However, we guarantee the freshness will be intact no matter when you get the delivery within this time frame. 

Our shipping cut-off time is 12:00 PM EST. So any order after this time will be processed on the next working day. So any order after 12:00 PM EST on Saturday will be processed on Monday or Tuesday next week. 

It’s not like we love to enjoy weekends while keeping you waiting. But the weekend delay during the transportation process will reduce the effectiveness of the dry ice that keeps the freshness alive. 

So plan and place your order accordingly. 

Quantity of Order Matters

Our fresh and authentic pizza from Italy comes in a pack of six. Thus, you have to order an increment of six, and each pack will be considered as a single SKU. But don’t worry, no matter how much you order, shipping is always FREE in the 48 contiguous states.. 

There is one thing that you need to keep in mind.  Each pack is counted as an individual order so they can arrive at different times. This is extremely rare, but no problem to keep it in mind while ordering.  

How to Order Food Online in My Area? 

Are you residing in any of the 48 states of the continental US? If yes, woohoo, we can ship to you FREE from Italy. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship free to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. 

As long as you provide us a physical address in the continental US, we are good to go. Pizza Biens’s service is not available for any P.O. Boxes, some of the U.S. Territories, or any APO/FPO addresses.  

If you are in Miami and thinking of picking the best frozen Neapolitan pizza from Pizza Bien facilities, we have to apologize. Currently, our Miami facility is only for processing and shipping pizzas. But if you still need a local pick up feel free to shoot an email to hello@pizzabien.com. 

Any issue with the Order?

We use the most sustainable method to store and ship our pizza from Italy. You find your pizza in a thermally protected box filled with dry ice to keep the freshness intact. And the liner and box are biodegradable. 

However, things can still go wrong, and we are always there to help you. If you see any problem in the packaging or the pizza after opening, let us know immediately. We recommend that you inform us within 24-hours of the delivery. 

To make things easier for us to resolve the issue, take a video or photo of the damaged box and the pizzas inside. Now you can include the pictures and videos with a brief description of what goes wrong. 

We will get back to you in the shortest possible time. 

Refund or Return?

As pizzas are perishable items, we do not offer any refund or exchange. But you can get credit in case something goes wrong, and we can verify it. 

If you receive the wrong product or items are missing from your order, contact us within 24-hours of the delivery with the following information.

• Picture or Video of the Incorrect Product and Packaging
• Tracking Number
• Order Number
• Contact Information 
• A short description of missing or incorrect item

We will either send you the correct item or credit you for the missing amount.
