We design and build intelligent small-footprint restaurants that are highly efficient and include sustainable construction practices. The construction of our restaurants is approved by the Florida Building Code. According to a new report from the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety, Florida’s building codes rank as the best in the nation among hurricane-prone states.

We use energy-efficient equipment to reduce our energy consumption.

We choose locally-sourced products.

We use the most environmentally sustainable and functional packaging material available. The foam insulation is a certified compostable and biodegradable packaging material made from water-soluble non-GMO cornstarch, which can be composted or even safely disintegrated under running water and safely rinsed down a kitchen sink making it one of the most eco-friendly packaging materials in the world.
