Order processing:

Our authentic Neapolitan pizzas from Italy are packed in an eco-friendly liner, thermally protected box. We use the most environmentally sustainable and functional packaging material available.The foam insulation is a certified compostable and biodegradable packaging material made from water-soluble non-GMO cornstarch, which can be composted or even safely disintegrated under running water and safely rinsed down a kitchen sink making it one of the most eco-friendly packaging materials in the world.

Each order is packed with dry ice to maintain the desired temperature inside the package as it travels to your doorstep.

Your order will arrive frozen, so feel free to store the frozen pizzas from Italy in your freezer as each pizza needs to be kept frozen until just before putting it in the oven. 

Generally our frozen pizzas can remain in the box for a few hours after arriving at your door. Depending on final destination, we will ship your order using either 1 day, 2 day and 3 day shipping via UPS. Delivery dates are an estimate only, not a guarantee, and reflect the total number of business days we estimate to make then deliver your
order. 

All Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. 

We fulfill orders Mondays,Tuesdays and Wednesdays (Zone 1 & 2 also ship on Thursdays if Saturday delivery is available). All orders placed by 11:59pm EST the night before will ship out on the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, with the exception of major holidays and/or weather forecasts that may result in delays during transit. Please be sure you are aware of this and plan accordingly. 

Each order is carefully packed with dry ice to maintain the desired temperature inside the package as it travels to your destination.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order tracking – you can track your package from our facility to your door. You’ll receive notification from us when your package is out for delivery and once it’s delivered to your home. Please keep in mind that there is not delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock product.

Any questions about your order may be directed to hello@pizzabien.com We can only ship Home Delivery addresses. All orders require a street address.

We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

Shipping available to the 48 United States. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping Policy, we currently ship online orders only to locations inside the United States.

Once you receive your order, immediately transfer the products to your freezer as each pizza needs to be kept frozen until just before putting it in the oven.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pizza Bien does not require a signature for the delivery of its packages. The decision to leave an unattended package at your front door is solely up to the discretion of the driver. If the driver feels it is safe to leave the package, then they will do so. If you live in a residential community, carriers may deliver your package to a mailroom or front desk.

 Pizza Bien is not responsible for missed deliveries because no one was home and the driver felt it was unsafe to leave it.

If you plan to be away for the day of delivery, we encourage customers to arrange for someone to pick up the package and freeze or refrigerate the items as recommended. Generally our frozen products can remain in the box for a few hours after arriving at your door. Plan accordingly

It is at the discretion of the driver to ring the doorbell upon delivery, and due to COVID-19, additional precautions are being taken for the safety of both parties.

Pizza Bien is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.

Timing of Billing:

Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped.

Out of Stock Items:

If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item.
