Our authentic Neapolitan stone-fired Margherita pizzas are handmade from scratch, using flour made from Italian grain, the dough is hand-stretched and tossed to perfection. Topped with our homemade tomato sauce and 100% real Mozzarella cheese then baked in our stone-fired ovens, where the naturally-rising dough is cooked until it’s at the just-right crispy-crunchy crust you’re sure to love!
You have the option to select the Margherita Pizza pack between three options of 6, 8 or 10 Margherita pizzas from Italy bundles.

Preheat oven to 428°F.
Remove the pizza from all packaging. You may let it thaw between 5 to 30 minutes depending on your preferences.
Place the pizza directly on the middle oven rack. To ensure a crispy crust, do not use a pan or tray.
Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, until cheese is melted & crust is crisp and golden brown*. Your oven temperature may vary, so adjust cooking time and oven temperature as necessary.
Carefully remove pizza from oven and let it cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Domestic Shipping Polices
Free Shipping on most locations.
After we´ve fulfilled your order, it will ship via UPS. We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to any other locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.
Territories, P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
Please note that though we work progress orders as quickly and
efficiently as possible, we may be unable to prevent fulfillment delays
or shipping interruptions caused by UPS.
Orders that qualify for this Free shipping offer can only be delivered to locations in the Zone 1 and 2 as for the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.
Order processing:
Our authentic Neapolitan pizzas from Italy are packed in an eco-friendly
liner, thermally protected box. We use the most environmentally
sustainable and functional packaging material available. The foam
insulation is a certified compostable and biodegradable packaging
material made from water-soluble non-GMO cornstarch, which can be composted or even safely disintegrated under running water and safely
rinsed down a kitchen sink making it one of the most eco-friendly packaging materials in the world.
Each order is packed with dry ice to maintain the desired temperature inside the package as it travels to your doorstep.
Your order will arrive frozen, so feel free to store the frozen pizzas
from Italy in your freezer as each pizza needs to be kept frozen until just before putting it in the oven. Generally our frozen pizzas can remain in the box for a few hours after arriving at your door.
Depending on final destination, we will ship your order using either 1 day, 2 day or 3 day shipping via UPS. Delivery dates are an estimate only, not a guarantee, and reflect the total
number of business days we estimate to make then deliver your order.
All Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed.
We fulfill orders Monday through Wednesday excluding holidays as packages can't be in transit over the weekend. Each order is carefully packed with dry ice to maintain the desired temperature inside the package as it travels to your destination.
The shipping cut-off time is
12:00pm EST. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed the next business day. If you place an order after 12pm EST on Saturday, it will be fulfilled on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
Orders
placed later than Wednesday after 12:00pm won’t leave until the
following week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays after 12:00pm, Sundays or holidays. Please be sure you are aware of this and plan accordingly.
Free Shipping is included on all orders to the US States locations of Zone 1 and 2.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Order tracking – you can track your package from our facility to your door. You’ll receive notification from us when your package is out for delivery and once it’s delivered to your home. Please keep in mind that there is not delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock product.

We can only ship Home Delivery addresses.
All orders require a street address.
We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy, we currently ship online orders only to locations inside the United States.
Once you receive your order, immediately transfer the products to your freezer as each pizza needs to be kept frozen until just before putting it in the oven.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment
of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. driver.
If the driver feels it is safe to leave the package, then they will do so. If you live in a residential community, carriers may deliver your package to a mailroom or front desk. Pizza Bien is not responsible for missed deliveries because no one was home and the driver felt it was unsafe to leave it.
If you plan to be away for the day of delivery, we encourage customers to arrange for someone to pick up the package and freeze or refrigerate the
items as recommended. Generally our frozen products can remain in the box for a few hours after arriving at your door. Plan accordingly
It is at the discretion of the driver to ring the doorbell upon delivery, and due to COVID-19, additional precautions are being taken for the safety of both parties.
Pizza Bien is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high
package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or
inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual
delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
